Last day of the "Giro de Sardegna". First down to the pretty Odschiri, then the last ascent to 600m. Clouds come up, even rain, at 30C a welcome change. Afterwards beautiful descent on good road, unfortunately one lands near Tempio Pausania again in the civilization (commercial area, road, traffic etc.). After that, luckily, it's pretty quick to return to the beautiful coastal mountains. The abbreviation at Arzachena actually works only with Crossrad, it goes on washed-out natural road quite steeply downhill. Better stay on the little busy main street! From here you could make a detour to the Costa Esmeralds, I've given myself and I drove directly to the night ferry to Porto Aranci. Did a great job, there is nothing going on, you can go to the beach again and wash off the sweat before the crossing (no shower on the beach, no matter). The crossing with the night ferry to Livorno costs in the cabin 60 or 80 € (outside cabin), one sleeps in September alone. Arriving in Livorno shortly after 06:00, just right to get through Livorno to the train station without any stress and get tickets for the train to Germany without queuing. Thanks Tranzbag no problem, at 16:00 I was quite relaxed despite five changes "dahoam".

To Macomer moderately steep driveway through beautiful scenery, then a short detour on the highway, fortunately without traffic (Sunday). After I'm off the highway, it went to the highest point of my Tour de Sarde to just over 1000m. Then great descent through beautiful landscape (Goceano). Easy final climb to Padatta. The place has nothing to offer except for its exceptional mountain location, at least not in the evening. 2000hm on 111km show that you can collect good altitude in Sardinia, although it is never really steep.

Not really great, especially the last 20km before Bonifacio's rel. much traffic. But no matter, the ferry to Sardinia is just there. The place is a fashionable port with expensive boats. The cliffs and the old town are spectacular. If you do not take the ferry to Sardinia, you should take a boat trip to see the cliffs from the sea.

Continue to the south to Sartene, the "most Corsican" city, beautifully situated on the mountain. At first I wanted to spend the night in Propriano, but I did not like it there (as so often in Corsica by the sea). So still the 300hm high to Sartene. The whole track is not really nice, I drove around Ajaccio. After that I was again more or less alone to the sea.

Very beautiful, rarely steep driveway to the Col de Vergio. Great Abfart in the evening sun to Porto. Hardly any traffic, dream route!

Exit from Bastia the circumstances ok, driveway until Ponte Leccia was also, from then to the tunnel in front of Corte much traffic. In front of tunnels changed to old road - finally peace!
Corte is pretty nice, good dinner
