Moderate ups & downs. Downs a bit hard on the knees if you aren't as young as you were :-) it says I was hiking for 1&1/2 hours but it took me 3 hours as I stopped to look at views & the church. Lovely walk. Be even better next week when the beech leaves & bluebells will be showing.
