The first impressions so far are very good.
In Slovenia, we made a stop in the coastal town of Koper on the way and were thrilled. A Crema Espresso served ice-cold was on top.

No gifts were handed out today. As beautiful as the route is, with 110km and 1600m of elevation gain, it's no walk in the park. We safely mastered the Radonee around Lake Garda. We started in Desenzano at 9:30 AM and arrived back in Desenzano exactly at 4:00 PM. The morning was fresh, the sun not visible. Yesterday we explored Umag and chilled by the sea. Today we went to the artists' village Groznjan. A short stretch along the sea, before heading wonderfully quietly into the hinterland.
