Beautiful tour around Niederdorf with great views. The first section up to the Putzalm is quite demanding, after that it gets better. I recommend hiking poles, especially for the descent, the gravel paths can get quite slippery.

Beautiful, compact and not too difficult hike. There is a good car park at the starting point and a barracks nearby with lots of benches and a great view of Basel. The hike runs mostly along the edge of the forest and between vines.

This tour was on my "to do" list for a long time and on Friday I finally managed to hike it in one day. Unfortunately I didn't manage to go up the Faulhorn. Very varied tour, but also quite demanding in terms of fitness...at least for me :)
