In case anybody hasn't got an idea, how to travel safely (and with one of the shortest routes) with bike (road bike) between Tallinn and Pärnu, here is an example.

A classic road bike touring around Otepää Highlands - For the first 40km, it is generally descending from the Highlands and then after the 76th kilometer, the "cherry on cake" climbing starts all the way towards Otepää Town. The last climb is called "Energiasamba tõus" which is also the highest point

I created this route solely based on my own local knowledge of different sports paths between towns of Elva and Otepää which I have tackled for several marathons for 15 years. I added additional road segments thanks to Komoot, to make espec. Gravel ride enjoyable and challenging at the same time.
