My first attempt at the Capital Ring was several months ago, on a sunny day in 2024. My journey started at Richmond Park (Petersham Gate), but I had to cut it short at Queensmere Road (A219) because I ran out of time and ended up completely soaked. I didn’t realise it was going to rain and wasn’t prepared
