Strenuous if you dont pack light. I rucked about 60lbs. Cut that in half and it would be more manageable. Still a very loveley hike.
Theres a downed tree on the trail pretty early during the cutback. We managed to get over it safely, but use caution. Park staff was notified about this. Difficult hike, but worth it.
