and after a long 1 1/2 days of only rain, the wind pushes all the clouds aside. As if nothing had happened, the sun☀️ shows itself and immediately it gets wonderfully warm again.
Out into the great outdoors, there is a lot to discover. From Point on beautiful hiking trails it goes to Kreuth. From there over the bridge (the Weissach) and then on the left always the Weissach enlang. A nature trail accompanies and informs us about what is growing and happening here. The Weissach Alm is beautifully situated in the forest. We continue past lush meadows and back to the starting point.
When the sun is there, the world looks much more beautiful.

at the Dechsendorfer 🚣♀️ pond.
At these temperatures☀️, it is best to go protected in the first section of the short🥾 hike through the forest. Despite the humidity there is always a pleasant wind.
A beautiful, idyllic pond that you can feel and feel in every section of the bank as you go around it. Many originally made benches, made of stone blocks and wood, are spread across the other side of the pond. The circuit ends with the observation pavilion.
With every walk, the pond shows itself from a different👍😊 side.

From the valley station of the Wallbergbahn, the short hike goes 🥾to Enterrottach!
At temperatures of well over 30 degrees it goes along the edge of the forest. Beautiful, well-developed hiking trail with fantastic views of the wide Enterrottach valley. The last part to the parking lot in the Sutten area goes along the street.
Unfortunately the Gasthof Almhof Enterrottach is closed today. The same route then goes back.
Nice short hike😊

Relax for a few days at the Tegernsee genießen, enjoy and hike🚶!
Today it was the turn of the high trail from Bad Wiessee.
First through Bad Wiessee and steeply up to the Höhenweg. Past lush meadows with Bavarian cows🐄🙂🤣.
Halfway through the route, a fantastic panorama over the entire Tegernsee valley. The weather is clear and the view is accordingly great👍!
From now on it's downhill and the last part along the lakeshore with a well-tended garden and sculptures.
A pleasure hike ... 👍👌🙂

After the heavy thunderstorm and rain, I already had concerns that the forest paths are not passable! It was muddy but ok!
Under the Europabrücke at Atzenhof it was a bit flooded, but it was still possible to drive through.
About Ritzmannshof we went past green fields and through the forest. The fields are still partially flooded.
I think there is more pollen and snacks this year!
When you arrive at the Zenn Oasis, you can take a short stop! We continue through the small, dreamy villages.
The wind turbines in front of Dietenhofen don't turn today.
On the way to Dietenhofen I had a very special experience for me! I was driving on a side street and in my field of vision I saw a bird of prey (don't know which one) flying next to me, on the right at a height of 20 meters.
He looked at me, I did it for a while, until he turned into the field. What might he have thought?
A helmet camera would have been just the thing to record that. Pity!
I also had a salamander next to me on the bench at a snack. But after the slightest movement he was gone! Again no photo😬!
Via Ammerdorf and Großhabersdorf with its many sculptures along the way, we went back to Nämberch😊.
A nice tour👍🙋♂️, but unfortunately without the animal photos that I would have liked to have taken, I'm back home

.. spent in Eichstätt!1. The hike begins with the figure field.
.. In a hollow on the slopes between Eichstätt and Landershofen lies the Hessental. Here, Alois Wünsche-Mitterecker, a sculptor from Eichstatt, created a captivating memorial against war and violence.
78 larger-than-life sculptures crouch, rear up and crawl on the artist's field of figures.
Individual figures show the way into the hollow, where the figures come together to form a bizarre, frozen battlefield.
They sympolize the futility of war and violence.
Alois Wünsche-Mitterecker has worked on the figures made of Portland cement, granite and basalt grains for over 20 years.
He himself did not live to see perfection. Some of the figures were only erected according to his plans after his death (December 1975) in the years 1976-1979!1. After a short distance along the road, turn right up the slope. A stone pine that loud I only know it from southern countries. Cicadas!
In the further course, the paths are often not shown. Getting lost is not excluded.
But it is good to walk, you will be rewarded by a wonderful panorama.
In Eichstätt the residence and the court garden is also worth a visit. Lots of people played bocce! It is ideal for relaxing and relaxing.
Then steeply uphill over the Hengersteig to the Galgenberg. This high plateau is opposite the Willibaldsburg... On the meadow at Galgenberg the judgments were carried out and witches were burned at the stake.
A hangman's chapel and a witch memorial are a reminder of the inhuman goings-on in the church.
The people branded as witches were allowed to say their last prayer at the chapel.
Between the 15th and 17th centuries, hundreds of people in Eichstätt were convicted and executed as witches.1. Then it went back the same way.
A beautiful hike with a historical background comes to an end

... yes, I didn't get wet during the hike. On the contrary, the ☀️ sun still came out.1. The short hike started at the parking lot in front of the Weißensteiner Schloss.
Lush meadows and wheat fields can largely be seen.
But there are also small ponds along the way. The Sunday concert of the frogs is unmistakable!
In the distance, wind turbines are doing their work. The rapeseed fields are also a splash of color in the landscape. The clouds ☁️ are getting thicker and darker and do not look very inviting.
But not wet .. arrived in Pommelsbrunn! The end of the short hike was then a visit to the Weißensteiner Schloßpark!Weissenstein Castle was built in Pommersfelden as a private summer residence in 1711-1718 under Lothar Franz von Schönborn, the Bamberg Prince-Bishop and Elector of Mainz.
The castle is considered to be the founding building of the Franconian Baroque. It is still owned by the Schönborn family to this day.
Weissenstein Castle is also an official district of Pommersfelden. It was a beautiful hike in the landscape today.isSee you soon ..

..the small villages and the rural tranquility and idyll!1. In wonderful weather and looking forward to what's coming, I drove via Laufamholz, out of town towards Schwaig.
From Röthenbach a.d. Pegnitz over to Rückersdorf. Except for Lauf along the street, on the bike path!
Through Neunkirchen a. Sand, off the main road we went briefly into the forest. Hardly a great view outside, the Rothenburg Fortress could be seen in the distance. What a beautiful sight😊.
Via Schnaittach and Simmelsdorf we went up to the small villages. Rural idyll and tranquility can be felt here. Now and then a hop field. But still too early to see hop vines!
Off to Lillinghof ... I have to take a look at the sensory terraces. Unfortunately there is not so much water in the steps! In 1976 the sintering steps in the Lillach were elevated to a natural monument because of their beauty and specialty. You have been in the protection zone of the Franconian Switzerland Nature Park since 1995.
The sinter stages are over 10,000 years old and were created in the last ice age.2. What is striking, that everything in nature is so explosive, blossoms and green.
Forcing the Großgescheider Berg, then the altitude for today is done. 👍.
On the hill of Kalchreuth then down to home😊. Sweaty .. but beautiful and happily satisfied🤗 arrived.

... another went on a hiking section in the footsteps of Knight Eppelein.1. The weather was right for such a beautiful tour. In front of Burgthann at the end of the village there is a parking lot, from then on we started.
Along the bike path with a view of Thann Castle. Via Gibitzenhof, Förreshof uphill through the forest to Westhaid. There is a riding stables which is the highlight of the village. After that, the tour is no longer marked with paths for a short time, i.e. across country ... over hill and dale. Then finally back on a firm path. Part of the Eppelein hiking trail also goes from here. RED CROSS on a white background. Imagine how it could have been back then!... Knight Eppelein the robber baron was discovered and captured by Nuremberg spies in the spring of 1381 after a carousing party with his entourage. Imprisoned and sentenced in Thann Castle for 1 night.
Where he was then whacked and beheaded on May 15th, 1381 in Neumarkt.2 ... beautiful hiking trails and it looks unspoilt here. Many single trails for MT bikers also characterize the picture.
Out of the forest and ... there is already Grünsberg Castle.... Grünsberg Castle is a castle complex that dates back to the 13th century and has been expanded into a country seat by various Nuremberg patrician families since the 16th century. The Paumgartner and Stromer families in particular left their mark with numerous additions.
Today the castle belongs to the Stromschen Kulturstiftung.3. Across the street and right again into the forest. Not far away there is a small monument and then the Sophienbrunnen.... the Dolderles Brünnle is reminiscent of Otto Stromer. The 1st Mayor of Nuremberg born in 1867, died in Grünsberg in 1891 and his sister Amalie.... the Nuremberg patrician Johann Paul Paumgartner commissioned the Sophienbrunnen in 1720 as a sign of love for his wife Sophie.4. After a longer MTB course, we left the forest in a residential area and returned to the parking lot via the main road.
Nice scenic hike with small obstacles. But everything in all is ideal to switch off.
