Besichtigung Bibliothek Stift Admont und Klinke Hütte
Heute Kultur und eine kurze Wanderung. Am Vormittag machen wir eine Führung der Stiftsbibliothek. Wahrlich sehenswert! 60 000 Bücher lagern hier, sortiert nach Themen. Natürlich Theologie, aber auch Medizin, Recht, Philosophie, und nur gedruckte Werke. Die handgeschriebenen Exemplare lagern in einem Archiv. Einige ältere wurden zwecks Haltbarkeit mit Kalk geweisst.…

Ladies Wochenende in Admont. Wir treffen uns am Nachmittag und gehen vorm Abendessen noch eine Runde in den Stiftsgärten. Schloss Esterhazy und Eisenstadt Zentrum
Ausflug nach Eisenstadt, wir besichtigen das Schloss Esterhazy. Die Führung beginnt mit etwas Verspätung. Dafür dürfen wir auch in den Haydn Saal, der eigentlich für eine Konzertprobe gesperrt war. Abschlussmarsch nach einem netten Familienwochenende. Ausgezeichnetes Essen im Agnesbründl und ein letzter Kaffee im wunderschön renovierten Rondell Cafe am Cobenzl runden den Ausflug ab. Hab vergessen zu starten, daher fehlt ein Stück.
