If you go down every off shoot you can probably get close to 7 miles total. Been here several times, IMO this route is the best trails.

Great trail for the area. You need a WMA permit to hike here unless you have a Louisiana lifetime hunting or fishing license. A regular annual hunting license won't work. (Game wardens check, I received a warning). Permit is 20 bucks on website. You also need to check in and out at one of the stations
