Went up the hills of Serra de Sintra from Bairro de São José and then down the hills to Colares to find this Refúgio do Ciclista, up the hills again all the way to Quinta do Pisão then back to Bairro de São José

Pretty good trail. Mix of dirt, gravel, sand and asphalt... lots of hill up an down... some downhill requires caution...

Dearing the rain Ride with a friend
A very good ammout of different scenarios. Starts flat along the Ribeira das Vinhas, along cement and asphalt with slight climbs and descents... then transits to gravel and hard soil with higher climbs, then you can enjoy a nice descent all the way back.
