About Giovanni
Bike camping is what I really enjoy doing the most. Every now and then I’ll host some rides through the shop I work at.
Roots in cycling started with BMX as a teen, fixed gear bikes in my college years, and then geared road bikes and criterium racing.
I had a “quarter life crises” and took off for a 30
Day tour from NYC to Key West, Fl.
Came back to NYC to be a bike messenger because I couldn’t stay off the bike. Built up my idea of a versatile touring bike for my overnight and weekend trips that’s mostly happen in the NE United States.
Looking forward to exploring more and leading more bike camping trips. Would love to learn how to bike camp during the winter and deal with below freezing temperatures. For now, catch me on the sales floor or on the work bench at King Kog in Brooklyn, NY
