It is advisable to bring poles, especially for the descent.
During the descent it is worth making a detour to the Eremo del Cauto and, once back at the parking lot, visit the Zompo lo Schioppo waterfalls.

In the first section through the woods, the thick leaves make the climb, and especially the descent, very slippery.
