As a relatively unfit person with a dog, I only seek out easy hikes. This one has to be rated at least as moderately difficult. Very steep climbs and then downhill again at the end. The climb averages 15% gradient over almost nothing but rocks. The descent follows narrow forest paths where I sometimes wish I had a helping hand.
