Diese Wanderung beginnt mit der Bergfahrt in der Fellhornbahn. Es folgt dann der kurze Aufstieg zum Fellhorn. Anschließend die herrliche Gratwanderung Richtung Kanzelwand. Der Aufstieg zur Kanzelwand ist gut abgesichert und nur auf einer Wegseite stark abschüssig. Der weitere Weg führt zur Mittelstation der Fellhornbahn und ist einfach machbar. Der Abstieg zur Talstation beginnt mit einem relativ steilen und geteerten Abschnitt. Die Füße freuen sich, sobald der Weg nach rechts in den Wald abbiegt. Einen etwas längeren Abschnitt muss man jedoch eher als schmalen Pfad bezeichnen, es handelt sich jedoch um einen markierten Wanderweg, der einen ganz eigenen und besonderen Charakter hat. Der weitere Weg führt über einen schönen abwechslungsreichen Waldweg und auch an Wasserfällen vorbei.

We did not climb the Spitzstein in the end. The 2 hours were too much for us then. The path is very versatile, often narrow, but also very rocky. Good footwear is important on this tour. Again and again beautiful views, but overgrown and therefore not so interesting summit.

Very nice hike. The ascent and descent are sometimes very steep and strenuous. Good physical condition is very helpful. Technically not particularly challenging. The views of the summit and the ridge hiking trail are magnificent. The ridge hiking trail was by far the highlight. 👍
