Kleiner Kräuter Waldspaziergang rohrbach-boxberg über die Weinfelder
Süße strecke bei Sonnenschein. Tat gut, habe dabei regelmäßig Pausen gemacht und verschiedene Pflanzen sammeln können wie zB Brennesselsamen, Schafgarbe und Spitzwegerich. Gestern erst gelernt dass Spitzwegerich super ist gegen brennesselstiche. Hat tatsächlich gut geholfen! ☺️

I still find the ladder to heaven really awful with its 500+ steps and my legs always shake really badly afterwards, but I'm still glad I did it. It felt really good 🥰
