Circular hike from Barley, taking in Blako then past the reservoirs at Black Moss before a cheeky finish at the Pendle Inn. Very boggy in places, recommend gaiters and sturdy, dry boots.

A scenic tour in the Asturias region that takes a circular route up to the Rio Navia. The ride starts at A Caridá, winds up through Cuaña, reaching a peak at Rio Navia. You then have a beautiful rewarding downhill section that journeys past Navia where you can take a well earned rest at a cafe/bar 😁

Can be a bit muddy in places but passes by Edisford Bridge and both sides of the river. There's a good pub at 2/3 of way round, the Aspinall Arms. Good food and beer.
