From Himmelreich or Kirchzarten you can also take the great Höllentalbahn to Titisee or Bährental.
The trip to the Schluchsee was not so attractive. But from Schluchsee through the forest via Sommerberg to Bonndorf was super beautiful. Mostly downhill with short steep stitches.
