Good hike I went clockwise as like to climb first Route was hard to follow at start maybe be easier to see if climbing down Gorge
No matter what way you go there is climbing involved and a very high level of fitness is required
Good footwear also needed Wouldn't recommend trainers

Great home Path is in really good condition and easy to follow Gets easier closer to top and Mochos ok s a very pretty little village and a good stopping point for lunch Good level of fitness is required
