Trasa w górę ze stacjami na odpoczynek co ok 1.5h wymaga dobrego zdrowia i dobrej kondycji. Zejście po szutrze, szlace, zygzakami nużące, można się łatwo pośliznąć. Start w pięknym słońcu, po drodze przelotny deszczyk. Przed samą stacją 9 silny deszcz, grzmoty i grad. Można było skryć się w domku z pamiątkowymi pieczatkami (pieczątki płatne w zależności od wielkości od 200 do nawet 3000 jenów) po przeczekaniu burzy atak szczytowy z parasolką, pamiątkowe fotki i szybkie zejście.

Sengan-en is a district in the area of city of Kagoshima. It is known for it's signigicant meaning in japanese history and currently for awasome view upon Sakurajima and beautiful beach at the Kinko-bay. We have Walker dowm from our guest house and straught to the Isotenjinsugahara Shrine. Then down to the beach and again up to Shuseikan Foreign Engineers' Residence and Shoko Shuseikan Museum and Sengan-en Gardens. Beautifl and chill-out trip!

Sakurajima is the name of one of the most active volcanos. The whole Island has a nawet after that volcano. I have recorded a trip just in the area of the harbour, including a beautiful promenade streched to the west from the harbour. The promenade is paved with lata stones and signes. It offers also increadible view upon Kahoshima. Due to time constraints I was not able to walk the whole promenade but I did almost 70% of it. Coming back to the volcano, Sakurajima was very active today, hence, one may see (in the last pic) how much volcanic ash covered.me at the end of the trip 😎 I wish, I could climb Sakurajima, but it is not possible duet to its activity, we could only took a bus that goes to the Yunohira Observatory (the highest point accessible for public) and admirał the panorama of 3 Peak of Sakurajima and the smok that goes out of the southern center. Increadible and majestic!

Kagoshima is the southern-most situated city connected by the Shinkansen with the rest of Japan. It is also a place located on the opposite side to the majestic volcano, SAKURAJIMA. I love the place and I truł admirał the mighty power of Sakurajima (and other volcanos).

I have just noticed that the navigation of the first part of the trip was not working correctly (looks like I was walking above the ocean:-) The rest is OK, just the first part was along the ocean-side, not above 😀

Another part of Kyoto, the South-East situated district of Inari. The grał was to climb the Mount Inari famous for its religious meaning marked by 10 thousands toru (gates). Spectacular panorama of Kyoto is another reason to climb here. We did it and we really enjoyed that (in spite of monsoon Rails, especially in the beginning of our trip).

Arashiyama is a beautifully situated town on thenoutskirts of Kyoto. It is surrended by mountains and is a gate to the famouse Bamboo Forest. It is really worth to visit, even in the monsoon season!

Lipiec, to pełnia sezonu monsunowego, więc spacer przeplatał się z deszczem, co widać zwłaszcza w okolicy pałacu Nijō-jō. Jednocześnie, deszcze monsunowe są bardzo ożywcze oraz zapewniają wyjątkowy i egzotyczny klimat, zatem, zapisuję to jako ogromny plus! Nasz spacer zakończyliśmy po zachodzie słońca uczestnicząc w festiwalu Gion Matsuri, którym żyło całe Kyoto, a zwłaszcza centralna ulica Shijo-dori.
