If you only have time for one hike in the Golden Gate Park then do the Echo ravine. We did the mushroom rock and boskloof all in one. Took us just of 3 hrs easy going and a short stop at the echo ravine for photos and just to absorb the beauty. Going is easy with one or two spots of climb to the base of the cliffs but easy walk

A nice easy hike along the Krantz with only near the end do you climb to the view spot which you can choose to not do and turn off and go back via the krantz hut.

Awesome hike with lots of surprises along the route. From steep stair way to bridges and some caves. Highly recommended
