Skyreholme Bank Gravel Climb – Simon's Seat loop from Thornthwaite with Padside
First half to Simon's Seat is lovely, good paths and wild moorland views. Strongly recommend an out-and-back or the slightly longer route suggested by Kommut past the shooting shed. My route from the shooting shed was an awful slog through untracked and boggy moorland. AVOID this section.

4* for the route. There was some walking through farmyards that I wasn't that comfortable with, loose animals and walking right past the farm doors. Lots of nettles on the paths, don't wear shorts!
