The tour is from the site Naturaktiverleben.de. However, we skipped the loop to brother Klaus Kappelle.
A nice tour with many panoramas, Eifel meadows and a few very beautiful forest passages. The conclusion in Bad Münstereifel was the highlight, especially the way into the town: coming from Hirnberg through the spa gardens and on the city wall in the village. Cool!September 16, 2019

The last stage of our hiking trip, but also of the entire Rheinsteig was approaching today. Unfortunately Ramon had to take the bus to the finish today because he had severe pain in his knee and could not walk any further.
Today's stage flew by. This was probably because the stage was easy to walk, but also because we had run in and our backpacks were getting lighter.
Today we went again through many vineyards and fruit plantations. We tasted delicious cherries and blackberries. Delicious!
At the end the way led - as in the beginning in Bonn - along the Rhine.
My conclusion to the Rheinsteig: Walk it. The way is really awesome!August 2, 2019

The ascent and descent on the way are not that extreme, because the landscape is hilly. You can tell that clearly. You move faster.
At this stage there are many wide and beautiful views.

The longest stage of the tour was imminent today. The funny, we did not know anything about that in the run-up, because we thought the km was a bit wrong due to the unplanned short stage yesterday and actually came to 21 km today ... so at the end of the stage it was much longer ,
Scenic you come from the steep and rocky Middle Rhine Valley in the hilly Rheingau. Very nice for the eye: the Rhine widens and there are floodplains. You pass many monasteries, abbeys, manors and castles, which mostly cultivate wine. In the Abbey of St. Hildegard we had the opportunity to drink delicious white wine. Similarly, many winemakers set up boxes from which u.a. Can take wine. Our overnight camp in the middle of the vineyards had a fantastic view of the Rhine and the vineyards.August 2, 2019

Ich bin gerne draußen unterwegs und entdecke neue (oder alte) Gegenden (neu). Dies tue ich am liebsten beim Wandern. Dabei kann ich unglaublich gut abschalten und den Alltagsstress vergessen.
