Es war eine schöne Wanderung die ich für mein Gefühl mehr genossen habe durch das Nutzen der Schneeschuhe und Stöcke, die Kombi war Streckenweise sehr hilfreich. Man hat gesehen das es auch Leute gab die ganz ohne Schneeschuhe gelaufen sind, Ziemlich früh beim Aufstieg zum Aussichtspunkt habe ich die Schneeschuhe angezogen, was das Laufen erleichtert hat. Nach dem ich mich an der Station umgesehen hatte bin ich den ausgeschilderten Weg weiter gelaufen uns war ab hier sehr froh um meine Schneeschuhe. Tolle Susblicke auf den Fjord gab es. Der kleine Abstecher kam zu Stande da ich der Beschilderung folgen wollte aber feststellen musste das sie mich nach unten geführt hätte und von dort nicht weggekommen wäre. Bin dann den Spurengefolgt die teilweise noch von jemandem da waren welcher ohne Schneeschuhe gelaufen war. Im Letzten Drittel war es zum Teil sehr Steil und es gab Halteseile. Da ich immer wieder in den Tiefschnee gegangen bin hab ich die Schneeschuhe angelassen, manchmal ein klein wenig hinderlich an den steilen Stellen. Ab dem flachen Teil bin ich dann ohne die Hilfmitgel gelaufen.

Zuerst habe ich mir das fantastische Iglohotel angesehen und bin dann noch die Schelterrunde gelaufen. Der Start ist gegenüber am Hang. Auf der Tafel sieht man verschiedene Wanderungen. Trotz des Schnee ging es auch ohne Scneeschuhe oder Leichten Krallen, wobei letztere beim Abstieg etwas mehr Sicherheit gegeben hätten. Der verdichtete Schnee war etwas rutschig.

The Tour is diffrent in Spring because of the Snow. You can't see the Trail some Times between the Visitor Center and the Parking Area at the Loop.
