The dune is relatively large. You can hike back and forth, cycle, or pay extra to be driven (though not all the way to the top). You have to walk or cycle the rest of the way. Dogs are forbidden, as they are in almost all national parks. And this national park also charges an entrance fee.

The tour is actually very nice. Unfortunately, we had a bit of bad luck with the weather. It was good that we left the dog in the motorhome, because from the large parking lot (which is also very expensive) the dog is not allowed. No bicycles, no drones, almost nothing.

A beautiful tour, however, the paths around the Viktorshöhe are very roughly broken and very loose. It is difficult to roll down even with relatively wide tires and a bit less air pressure. At higher speeds it becomes dangerous.
