Metric Century
Saw one cat, near the end. I was getting worried I'd gone all this way and wasn't going to see one.
Bit upset at my new fox-branded shirt that promised to be breathable, and is less breathable than every bog standard t-shirt I own. Useless.
Still it was a nice…

Cafe Cruisers East Paths
No cats today. First time riding with the cafe cruisers. They were a very nice friendly bunch to ride with. I'll be going riding with them again if I can.
Took the car to the ride start and back. I could have easily ridden it and I normally would. But…

No cats. Mild winds. I'd already done some other exercise earlier in the day, so I was taking it easy on this ride.

No cats. Strong winds. Strongest winds I've ever faced. One gust hit so hard I suddenly was going backwards. Had to walk 100m of it. Would not ride in winds this strong again.

No cats. High winds. Traffic levels low but their path sharing skills were terrible.
Finally got my ebike back from getting it's wheel circumference reconfigured. Wanted to see what the bike is like now that it's done. Much better well worth it.
🖕bosch🖕taking three bloody weeks to approve the config…

No cats. High winds. Traffic levels low but their path sharing skills were terrible. Back from a short break as I'd been busy car hunting, and wanting to give my knee a break from it.

No cats. Probably a good thing as there were lots of dog walkers out. Almost no wind. Still no creaking from the bike, looks like that's fixed. Knee felt a bit weird in places, might pay to give it another rest day soon.

No cats. Overcast, moderate-high winds, tiny bit of rain. Felt a bit weak at the start, blood sugar was probably too high. Testing a new crank on the bike, they seem okay so far.

St Helliers Social Ride
No cats :( Saw some cows and birds on the way home tho.
Social Ride organized by the Cycle St Helliers Group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/4280632458887587
I also cycled to/from it. The actual ride was 25km along the waterfront and back.
Absolutely lovely welcoming group of people. Highly recommend. I will be going…

No cats. Feeling a bit stronger today, but my knee still feels a bit off. Found a baby hedgehog in the leaves by the sailing club. Damn near invisible lucky I was paying attention. I gently pushed it back into the bushes where they'd be safe, hopefully it stayed there.
