A beautiful ride, with lots of wooded terrain, but also along heathland and the Beekhuizerzand sand drift. The trails were varied and in good condition. We started in Hierden and parked the car at the Brug parking lot. Near Vierhouten, we made a short visit to Het Verscholen Dorp, a hiding place for Jews during WWII.
