I used to rock climb, play lacrosse, run, and have lots of energy. Then I got older and more injured. I currently have a torn meniscus....again....and I'm not having MORE removed so I'm off the high-impact types of adventure. So now I mainly ride bikes and do yoga. I want to explore and experience this amazing world while staying fit and keeping my body as comfortable as possible.
