Waterfall is the last station on the metropolitan train line, so easy to bring the bike. Cycle through the Royal National Park to Bundeena, then catch the ferry to Cronulla. Follow the cycle path all the way to the city. Good for bike touring.

You need an E-mountain bike for this tour, preferably fully charged. There is a lot of up and down between Cascais and Ericeira and not all of it can be done on a roadbike.
The route keeps you entirely off the Marginal N6.
Takes in Cascais, Ericeira and Mafra.

The cycleway from Blacksmiths to Newcastle is world class. Re-purposed coal railway line for most of the tour.
