Sandra Florindo (WalkPortucale)

Raised in Portugal and living in the Netherlands, I feel most at home with hiking boots on my feet and a trail stretching out ahead of me.

Through Portucale, I combine my greatest passions: hiking, Portugal, and sharing authentic experiences with others. Rather than ticking off famous sights, I love discovering hidden valleys, ancient villages, mountain trails and the stories that make a place come alive.

As a bilingual guide and translator, I enjoy connecting people with the real Portugal—its landscapes, traditions, food and warm hospitality. Most of my routes lead through the country's lesser-known north, where every path has a story and every walk feels like an adventure.
