An easy and relaxing stroll through Stowe gardens, cared for by the National Trust
Easy stroll round the gardens of Stowe House. Carefully maintained by the National Trust. Serene atmosphere with wide views. Plenty of shaded spots in the open Landscape on a sunny day. Great for picknicks!

Easy circular walk from Bolton Abbey village hall to Bolton bridge and the priory
Easy walk with only one short ascend. Well maintained paths along the river Wharfe. The priory is a must, even after visiting countless amounts of time. Every once in a while I just have to pop 'in' to admire it's beauty.

Clapham to winch meet Gaping Gill and back
Only recorded the return journey as a hike. Clapham to Gaping Gill was recorded as a yoga session 😂 different activity, same recharging outcome

Late afternoon stroll through Studley Royal deer park
Easy walk to stretch legs before dinner. You can't miss seeing deer. Spotted the famous leucistic deer, the one with reduced pigentation in her coat.

Hackfall wood & Mowbray castle

Wild swimming at Loup Scar
🏞️ Short walk to a perfect spot for wild swimming in the river Wharfe on a hot Summers day ☀️

Solar Eclipse stroll on Thorpe Edge to shooting house
Enjoying the experience of the solar eclipse 2026 from Thorpe Edge with wonderfull views. The echoes of the sound of grouse, cows and sheep over the dales right after the highest point of the eclipse was very special

Kettlewell~Great Whernside
Alternative route going up after a silly wrong turn (would not recommend 😂) and back down again taking Cam Gill rd. Enjoyed the view of Buckden Pike and Nidderdale National Landscape and even the 3 Peaks in the background.
Enjoyed the Scare crow 🐦⬛ festival in Kettlewell on the way…

Trollers Gill hike
