This tour is absolutely NOT recommended, although it has several beautiful spots. Overall, however, it is not very accessible due to construction sites and woodwork and overgrown paths.....
We had hoped for more... as mentioned, a few great spots, but overall not recommended. Thanks to @Olja_te for the great company, though.

Today we were in Brilon Alme. A great route with nice photo breaks. The climbs were completely OK and not too strenuous, the weather was great. However, there were actually 2-3 km that ran completely along a main road. Really dangerous and loud. Otherwise Alme is very beautiful @Olja_te

On Sunday we were out @Olja_te together... in really great weather! It's an absolutely beautiful and recommendable tour. It's uphill again and again but all in all it's doable. The highlight of the tour is definitely the quarry in Asbeck!
