Consigliabile fare il percorso in senso antiorario perché la salita è in gran parte su un percorso ripido su massi incastrati tra loro più facili da affrontare in salita che in discesa. Poco prima della forcella c'è anche un tratto attrezzato con una corda. Segnalo che la strada per arrivare al parcheggio al Forte dei Pozzi alti è assolutamente orribile! Si tratta di una strada bianca di ben 6,5 km, dissestata, molto stretta e ripida, affrontata non senza una certa difficoltà dalla mia 500, tutta in prima. Il panorama però vale proprio la pena! Spettacolare!!!
