Enjoyable walk extensively on the Sandstone Trail, south to north ... taking in Jacob's Ladder (sandstone rock outcrop, climbable in 3minutes or so if feeling energetic.. if not, use the steps) ... great views of Cheshire and Lancashire to be had from Frodshan Hill at the end of the walk.
