The Mittelrhein via ferrata is located near Boppard and is one of the few via ferratas that are almost exclusively accessible via ladders and metal steps.
The via ferrata shares some sections with a hiking trail, which we continued to follow after the end of the climb and thus combined climbing with a beautiful circular hike.
