This was a truly epic hike, absolutely stunning scenery, but I think this should 100% be rated as difficult, not intermediate. This trail should not be attempted without snowshoes; hiking poles or an ice axe would also be a good idea. We hiked this route in the spring, and 90% of the way we were trudging

Forgot to start recording from the beginning as I was following my brother's directions, but from the start/end point we went left and passed the camping pods, following Brackenbottom lane until we joined the path up Pen Y Ghent

The most beautiful and most challenging hike I've done in the Peaks so far. Under certain conditions, I'd say this qualifies as a hard rather than an intermediate, and we had such conditions. Mud on mud. Snow/ice. Paths completely under water. All part of the adventure though. Route involves some backtracking

Very cool trail, some busy points but also a lot of (quite surprisingly) wild stretches. Mam Tor peak was expectedly very busy, stunning views though. Crossing over to Lord's Seat was a very easy, gradual ascent, with 90% of the total climb already done reaching top of Mam Tor. Lord's Seat arguably more

Brutal weather and extremely treacherous terrain, might have underestimated this one! Was supposed to be a loop, but coming down the Watkins path it was getting dark and I was wet through and chilled to the bone. Met a very friendly family who firmly advised I head back down towards Betys Y Coed rather
