Nice Friday evening walk with work colleagues, around the beautiful Zwischenahner Meer. Can be enjoyed even when the weather is not the best. Nothing more than basic fitness is required. Really highly recommended.

This moor lake behind Bremerhaven is very easy to manage for inexperienced hikers. The path around the lake is well signposted. And if you go in the early hours of the morning - for me it was between 7 and 8 a.m. - you might not see a single person. So it's perfect for those seeking peace and quiet.
