Hike to Cabana Cozia
The trail starts from Turnu Monastery on the red triangle marking. The section on the red triangle is steep, requiring good physical condition – climbing up the ridge, after which the route continues on the red stripe marking and then the blue stripe marking all the way to Cozia Cabin. The descent also follows the blue stripe marking – extra caution is needed during the descent, as there will be 3 sections with chains to help down steep slopes. They are not very difficult, but they do require increased attention and calm – nothing to be scared of :). Afterwards, the trail continues past Stanisoara Monastery, where it intersects with the red cross marking (right next to the churchyard), and then continues along it back to the starting point at Turnu Monastery.
