A quick note about our tour: We used the bike path along the Canal du Midi, but:
1. 90% gravel, not for racers
2. No signage worthy of a world cycle route
3. Little to no food or drink for boats and bikes for about 60 km, except in Trebes
4. No charging options for e-bikes, except at the friendly tourist
