The Via dei cuori hike was beautiful. It's immersed in the woods, and practically all of it is shaded, which is a huge plus! It's a very pleasant trail with plenty of water points where you can stop for refreshments. I really enjoyed the village of Sambucedro, where you can refresh yourself and rest
