In Niederöfflingen I lost my smartphone,
Therefore, there are still 21.6km to .:
      93,4km + 21,6km = 115km,
      Odometer reading GIANT display 120km.
Mileage 55 in Kirsch, final stage Daun 120km.

From where the battery went out (fur, slate monument), there are still 15.6km to my home, so a total of 93km of 10:35 - 17:35 incl. Waiting time at the Doc, in the KH and coffee at the colleagues in the DRK school ;-)

On Thursday was nice weather and I had to, yes - it was like an addiction, I have to cycle again 😍
Although only a small tour on net to my source here in the forest, but my doc said to me on Friday: "If it suits you - do what you want, you MUST do it!"
I am on the way to recovery and assume that cycling has given me a significant advantage in terms of physical and mental constitution! Hooray!
So it's time again as often as possible on Radl 🥰

So, the first tour after diagnosis "esophagus cancer" and second chemo is done, after 77.3km were then, as always, all empty batteries: pedelec, smartphone and my own ...
DESPITE that I have reloaded the Blizzeria (very delicious) 'half an hour with the original loader ...
Woman not there, so push the remaining 5km 100m up the mountain - what until before the chemo in the first gear without support succeeded driving then 10 minutes break ...
      169 vertical meters, what a ride ...
      I was exhausted.
But: 8 weeks only rest, no pedelec, no bike, no great walks except times from the parking lot purely to the real - I think I have still done well.A second rechargeable battery as a "reserve canister" along with suitable and safe storage is therefore absolutely necessary ... ;-)

      Dear friends and persecutors,
I hereby announce and to know that in my 33.KW a tumor in the esophagus was detected, called "Barrett's esophagus" or "Barrett's carcinoma".
Therefore I drove also on the discharge day the 16.08. back to the KH back to my room neighbor to bring a few books.
From now on all my rides are under the motto "fight the cancer - do not give up!"
"" has made it, my thing is now called "Olli cycled".
Yes, the 80km have me from the half way back strained very hard, but give up is not an option.
I'm cycling to keep my fitness and lose kilos (currently 108kg) because I am after chemo and radiation may still have surgery before.
I would therefore like to make it as easy as possible for the doctors at the table.
On the 28th, I have three more days to go before KH, then the last examinations for a treatment of the tumor conference are made.
      Ride on!

Ich hab' kein Garmin, ich tracke, geocache und fotografiere mit 'nem Smartphone ;-)
