Mostly easy to walk on montain bike trails. Good shoes recommended. Bring a strong flashlight if you want to enter the cages. The whole tour with breaks and exploring the cages took me about 8 hours. The first and last hour are on lava ashes and without shadow, this requires good shoes and a better condition
This was not an expert level tour, it was mostly on forest road which are easily accessable. A bit disappointing, there are more interesting things to see in this area
