Starting from Baunatal via Fritzlar to Bad Wildungen.
Riding through the districts of Bad Wildungen, Frankenau, Allendorf (Rennertehausen), Battenberg, Hatzfeld (Holzhausen), Burgwald (Ernsthausen), Rosenthal, Gemünden and Haina (Dodenhausen) in a roundtrip.
Additionally, the route crosses the districts Münchhausen and Wohratal in Marburg Biedenkopf.
