Nice family friendly hike:
My enjoyment is however limited somewhat by the literal clouds of flies that follow you around (though we did this hike in summer so take account of that). One steep climb and one steep descent, and two flat (somewhat boring but pretty) sections connecting the former.

Lac des Corbeaux from La Bresse
Beautiful hike from La Bresse to Lac des Corbeaux (lake of crows). Good parking and public restroom in La Bresse. Take care of the dangerous/technical segment near the lake as it is somewhat out of place with the rest of the hike.
