Cycling from oldbury to Stourport -On - Severn along the Canal, starting at Rowley Regis Train Station.
This is a easy ride for all abilities. Just be carful on the tow path depending on what time of year as it can be very overgrown. Be prepared to be stung by nettles.

Great Little ride from Sandwell Valley, using the canal to loop back.
This is a easy ride for all abilities with hardly any elevation. This ride does require some road (with cycle lane) riding so if taking young children, make sure they are confident on road.

Cycling a lovely route using the Bourn Brook Way from Quinton (Woodgate Valley Park) to the canal in Selly Oak, then on to Birmingham, Wolverhampton and then Wombourne throwing in some of the Staffordshire Railway Walk for good measure.
This is a great route for all abilities with very little elevation

Cycling the old Elan Valley Railway from Rhayader to the top Dam Craig Goch and back along the road.
This is a loverly trail with great scenery and suitable for all cyclists from novice to expert. Coming back along the road is not necessary and not recomened for young/inexperienced riders.
