This hike is the blue marked trail within Balmoral Estates and requires paid entry to the grounds. The trail is well maintained but can be a bit boggy and muddy in some spots.

This is the "Seven Bridges of Ballater" walk starting at the public parking at the old train station. This walk has varied surfaces but it is mostly flat, even terrain. The path adjacent to the River Dee and Braemar Rd can get muddy sometimes.
