Like Day 1 .... brutal. Except in opposite direction going doen some very steep ravines. And yhen, you have climb out of the ravine again. And repeat at least 3 times.

Constantia Nek to Spilhaus Buttress return via Jeep Track
Straight up ... this is very technical with some serious exposure, route very unclear and a few of the wall scrambles were downright scary. There are no cairns ans some of the scrambles you take hoping there is something to plateau out above.

Lion's Head via Fresnaye Cracks
It was stunning. No crowds and really funky path which involved tricky scrambling. Path becomes vague in places so go with a guide or someone who has done it.

Jason's Hill Rawsonville Loop
Straightforward, well marked path. Some uphills but overall very easy. Views down Slanghoek Valley are spectacular. Suggest you finish the hike with a wine tasting at Jason's Hill ... try the merlot.
