Percorso facile quasi tutto su mulattiera, è possibile salire sui vari picchi (Castelluccio, Càrpano e Poggiaccio) che si incontrano percorrendo la cresta. In alcuni tratti la strada consente di vedere ripide scarpate nei due lati. Attenzione a delle possibili frane nei pressi del sentiero del Lupo.

Percorso molto bello sull’antica via Romea. Bel panorama dal monte Piano. Salita iniziale abbastanza ardua e senza ombra, poi quasi tutto bosco.
