Very nice varied tour.
On the mountain, however, we had to push about 25% up and down because the trails partly had coarse rocks.
This is then rewarded again with a beautiful descent and a nice stretch of road along the coast.
I would recommend cycling shoes with a good sole that works well on the stones.
