2 pointless loops in kelso. Very narrow along river on southen upland way path along river on on 2nd half. Have to lift bikes over styles. Want to look into alternate route back to kelso.

Path quite over grown along parts of the south side of river. Habe to cross a very shallow ford level with the salmon ladder.
